Keep anything you or your family will use on the day of your move with you. Some common examples are phone chargers, toilet paper, snacks, paper towel, your kids’ favorite toys, medications etc. Anything important, highly valuable, or holds sentimental value we recommend to put these items aside, and on moving day put them in a box or bag that you’ll carry with you to your new home. 

In most cases we are able to give you an estimate over the phone, but in some cases an in-home estimate may be required. Some examples of these instances are 

• The home is 2,000 sq ft or more.
• There is a piano or gun safe present
• Your move will require more than one truck
• Long distance moves

Here at KGF Moving Services, all tips are welcomed and appreciated should customers feel inclined for the hard work and efforts they received. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable not pressured.  In terms of what to tip the movers, we encourage customers to tip whatever they feel is appropriate for the service they received.
